Our Vision break down

That all know

This part of the vision is about evangelism and discipleship, ensuring that everyone gets to know God and His love. Apart from the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20, another supporting scripture is Mark 16:15 (NIV): "He said to them, 'Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.'"

His will

This element focuses on discerning and following God's plan for our lives, which includes using our talents and gifts to serve Him and others. Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) highlights this: "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." Additionally, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NIV) encourages us to be in tune with God's will: "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus."

His way

This aspect emphasizes living a godly life according to the teachings and guidance found in the Bible. Jesus spoke of this in John 14:6 (NIV): "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Furthermore, Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV) advises us to trust in God and follow His direction: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

To summarize, the Vision Statement of Lifepointe Church calls believers to evangelize and make disciples, discern and follow God's will, and live a godly life according to His teachings. This vision is supported by an array of biblical scriptures from the Gospels, Epistles, and Old Testament wisdom literature.
